My approach engages theoretical perspectives of contemporary Jungian psychology and intergenerational trauma studies, integrating the weight of creative material, images and instincts in dreams, and symbolism. Working from this depth psychological lens, we become interested in the interpretation of mental and emotional processes rather than attending to behaviors alone. Part of our work would involve developing an awareness of patterns in emotions, thoughts, and beliefs to gain insight into your current self. I work to maintain a space of dignity and safety, recognizing the unique instincts, identities, and wisdom that arrive with you.

Before private practice, my clinical work included community mental health, providing counsel to youth and adult clientele having a wide range of developmental and personality disorders, and facilitating process groups to support individuals through life transitions. I have lived experience advocating on behalf of sex workers and individuals with disabilities. My approach is trauma-informed, non-pathologizing, and depth-oriented— honoring imagination and instinct to practice a more-embodied experience of soul and psyche.

Sessions take place at my office or via telehealth (through a HIPAA-compliant service called Simple Practice). Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged. A standard session is 50 minutes.
