I am usually in-network for Santa Cruz County’s Medi-Cal and Aetna insurances. If you do not have Medi-Cal or Aetna and would like to take advantage of your out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill, or monthly statement, that you can submit to your PPO plan for potential reimbursement.
